Working with different abrasive models, the heavy- duty automatic machine was designed to grinding the outside diameter of castings
with different sizes
and materials.
Typical usage is the grinding
of brake drums, brake rotators,
hubs, and any other round products
produced in higher volumes.
SET-UP
The grinder machine has an automation controlled by PLC
and HMI touch-screen for easy
and quick set-up.
ROTARY TABLE
The equipment has an indexed rotary table
with two or more grinding stations.
